It's trying to boot at 2000MHz. You can try to boot with your old cpu and
set vcore to 1.85v and user defined multiplier of 7 and FSB to 100. Save
and shut down. Put the 200+ in and try to boot. If you make it, go into
bios and set accordingly. See Multiplier cross ref. in link below. BTW,
that 7 will be remapped to 15 when you boot with the 2200+.
