Laser Jet 3100 don't print receiving fax on Windows Xp

Hi,
I've a LaserJet 3100 all-in-one printer since 1999 and it worked very hard
but it worked always day and night.
Now after migrated on a Windows XP PC, it seems don't want to work.
When receiving a fax it don't accept any document to print and XP spooler
give me an error. I've to reboot PC to continuing to print.

Please, could someone help me!!
