Back in February I posted a message here that my HP 4p was having
problems with paper jams. We had determined that the motor was working.
I ordered the Paper Feed Assembly from HP but we felt the problem may
have had more to do with the paper tray, although I am not so sure of
that now. I am very interested in getting this printer working again.
The web page listed at the bottom of this message contains an image of
the printer turned upside down with the paper jammed in it. Also on this
page are audio samples of what it sounds like when the paper jams. I
would appreciate any insight you can provide. Thank You, Dan.
