Looking for Intel S/PDIF out connector for DG31PR

I have an Intel DG31PR motherbaord and it has the S/PDIF out signals
that can be used. However, I do not have the S/PDIF out adapter to
permit the signals out of the PC. Can anyone give me where I might be
able find one or at least give me the part number I need to search for?
