Recently put together a spanky new XPC without problems. Tried to add
a Dynex media card reader with no luck. Used the supplied internal
usb converter and plugged the reader into the converter. All the wire
colors matched up and everything I referenced the connections to, all
looks correct. The problem......the green light on the reader stays
on all of the time, like it is reading, even though it won't read
anything I put in it. The green light even stays on when the unit is
turned off. All reasonable suggestions appreciated. TIA
