Memtest86 - do I need new memory?

Hi,

My pc has recently been freezing (display remains, any sound just freezes) so I ran a memtest86 diagnostic all night. It has shown up some errors but I really have no idea how serious these are. Results are attached:

My pc is an ASUS P5NE-SLI with 4GB (2x2GB) RAM running WinXP SP3. It is still under warranty - do I need to get these memory modules replaced?
