Mercury TV tuner card

HI,

My TV tuner Card used to work very fine on my system. Today after
about a year, I tried to run this, it is giving me error as shown
below:

Video has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for
the inconvenience.

PLease tell MIcrosoft about this.

I have tried installing drivers but no avail. PLease help me finding
the cause of this issue.

I shall be very thankful to you.
