Bit short on info there. All I can suggest is removing everything
possible, all cards, including video card, HDD, CD, mouse etc, and let
it try POSTing then. In other words just PSU, mobo, CPU, RAM, floppy.
You should be able to tell by the bleeps how far it got. It might
complete its POST, if so you add the other bits piece by piece. If
not, again youve narrowed the problem down to mobo/cpu/ram/psu.
