Motherboard recommendation

I am about to build my first AMD64 based system. I have narrowed my choices
to the ASUS KV8-Deluxe or the Abit KV8-MAX3. Any comments regarding which
is absolutely the best? The Asus does seem a bit better.

Comments please.
