MSConfig available only in Safe Mode

I have seen cases where Users say that MSConfig is available only in
the Safe Mode and not in Normal Mode. This is not the Problem with the
Operating System but it is mainly caused by the Spyware.

The best resolution would be to run the Ad aware. (Even the previous
versions of this Software would work).
