- Double check the jumpering on the hard drives...?
- HP's have remnants of the old propietory hardware era, perhaps the
issue lies there. (I hate prefabs, but I digress).
- Maybe reconfiguring IRQ/DMA routing for hard-drives in BIOS and/or
Windows system manager would work. I got around alot of hardware
issues that way back in the time that system is from.
