My HP 3650 printer wont install

Hi there

I am trying to install a new HP 3650 printer on my new computer.

The installation wizard runs through it, loads the drivers etc.

When prompted to , I connect the printer. It finds the printer, however
i get the following error message

Completing the Found New Hardware Wizard

Hp Deskjet 3600 Series

An error occurred during the installation of the device.

The required section was not found in the INF

I am running a USB 1.1 card on this machine and the printer is USB 2.0
Could this be a problem...ie the printer is not backwards compatible?
