Need Help With Dell Dimension 3000 Sound!! Please.

I have had many problems with my Dell computer in the past, and it's only two years old. Well, this time it's my fault. I accidentally deleted the SoundMax card or whatever it is, and now I can't hear a darn thing. How do I get another one?
