Need help please

How can i define what motherboard i have? I want to upgrade my graphics card but i apparently need to find out what power supply i have to find out what graphics cards will fit/work.

Maybe someone could tell me what i could do to find out, any help is appreciated and will help alot at this moment because quite frankly I'm baffled.
