Need jumper strapping for Philips CDD 4851 CD-Writer

I can't seem to find an install manual on my Philips CDD 4851 CD-writer to
determine its jumper strapping (CS, MA, SL), so that I can add another
optical drive to a 2+ year old Pavilion to the ribbon cable.
