Need manual for mv42n and/or input

I have a board with the logo of spacewalker on one of the pieces. The numbers on the board read mv42v1.3. At the shutle site I found a board No. mv42n which looks very similar. When I start my board the fan blows but no lights and no activity on the monitor (although the "check connection" screen on the monitor goes away and I hear a sort of click as if some signal is being received. I read of a similar problem on one website and several people suggested a new PSU. Anyway...Can anyone offer any other suggestions, and where cn I find a user guide/manual? Any input is most appreciated. Thanks.
