Need new mobo

Hi, My 370 ATX Tyan S2080 is about to give up the ghost and the
doctor just did a biopsy on my wallet, so I'm looking for a
cheeeeeeeep replacement.

I saw an ad on Yahoo Shopping for an EpoX 370, with 4 PCI , 4X AGP,
accepts my CPU, has all the features of a late model 370, including 4
USB ports, etc, etc, etc.

I see it for 58.00 Can someone share experiences with an EpoX mobo?
In fact, one lists it for 18.00 but it's probably refurnished.
