Need replacement board for FIC Spectra - PTM945p/g

Hi,

I need replacement board for my FIC Spectra HTPC.

It has a FIC PTM945p/g board with bent pins for the CPU.

I can not find a replacement FIC PTM945p/g board anywhere - can anyone help or suggest a compatible board that will fit the FIC Spectra case?
