Netra 240 CPU removal

Hello everybody,

does anyone has experience with removing (and re-inserting) a CPU (Ultra Sparc IIIi) from a Netra 240 ?
I want to assemble a 2-CPU Netra from 2 single-CPU Netras, but I am having troubles removing the heatsink and the CPU from the socket: I removed the heatsink latches, but the heatsink is firmly connected to the CPU and does not come out.

I tried the Sun manuals, but I could not find anything on this topic.
