Netserver L series CPU board interchange?

I know the LC and LH series share the same cpu Board.
Anybody here who knows if its possible to upgrade one of these
with the LH+ LHpro Dual CPU board?
It looks like mechanically matching, but what about BIOS issues?
Do i need to swap the bios chip too?
To migrate the 486LC to Pentium the Bios swap is mandatory.
