New Matrix RAID software vs. App. Accelerator

I use a motherboard D875PBZLK which features the ICH5R storage controller.
I currently have 2 SATA drives in a RAID 0 configuration on this controller.
I recently installed the Matrix storage software. I removed the Application
Accelerator software prior to installing the Matrix software to avoid any
conflicts.

Anyway, I don't like the matrix software. The old v3.5 Application
Accelerator had more features for my particular motherboard. I would like
to install the App. Accelerator software but I don't want to cause any
problems with my array. Is there any special instructions anybody can give
me? Any thoughts at all?
