Which of these cards are better? And have fewer problems
with an EPoX 8RDA+ MoBo?

Neither one is too great. If you can find one, I'd get a Radeon 9500
Pro. There are still some around, and it's a much better card (for
about the same price) than the 9600 or the geforce 5600 fx.
