When overclocking should you use the maximum speed settings? Or should you
find the max oc speed and then back off a little bit? (I read somewhere
that the latter is better) Thanks.

Use Prime95 to find out what wheter your PC is stable and keep the max
speed Prime doesn´t find any errors.
