It's still the same basic principle, multiplier x FSB = clockspeed. Just
more things that changing the FSB speed effects now. For an X2 3800+,
lower HT to 4x, lower base ram clock by 33MHz or lock it if your board
supports that, then raise the cpu frequency to whatever ever you want
to try. Mine did 233 for 2330MHz without raising voltage. Was in a hurry
to get back up and running so didn't even try anything else. I suspect it
would easily do 266 for 2660Mhz without much trouble, but I really don't
need the speed.
