P4M-915G/PD1 Motherboard jumper settings or manual to get Riser card working?

Hi!

I have a FIC Spectra with P4M-915G/PD1 Motherboard, I try to use 2 tuner cards in a FIC Riser Card, but I can't get the upper slot in the Riser card to work.

Are there any jumper that has to be set on the motherboard or what else can be wrong.

I haven't got a manula to the motherboard and can't find any info or manula on FIC's website.

Anyone that can help me, please!
