P4P800 Deluxe wont boot after installing a new PCI Card

Hi

I have this P4P800 Deluxe with 2 S-ATA HD and 2 IDE CD Drives, now I wanted to add one more S-ATA DVD Writer to it and for that I added one PCI slot which gives me 2 extra S-ATA extension. Ever since I attached that the computer constantly restarts and before it boots it restarts. So it actually does not do anything. Can anyone help?
