P4R800-V work with ATi TV Wonder?

Hi,

I am planning to build a PC with a TV Tuner using Asus P4R800-V and
ATi TV Wonder. On ATi's site it says TV Wonder requires the graphics
card to support "directx/overlay" feature in order for the TV tuner to
work. I've look around and can not find andy info on whether graphics
engine of the ATi9100 supports overlay feature. Have anyone tried this
combination? Thanks ...
