P4S Dragon Ultra MOBO Compatability with 2.8 P4 CPU?

Is my P4 2.80c, 800MHz System Bus compatable with P4s Dragon Ultra MOBO
even though the spec says it's only 400MHz FSB with up to 2.2GHz CPU?
I'm thinking my CPU will work, only at reduced efficiency. Am I right?
