P4VMM2 booting problem

Hello all,

I bought a computer with P4VMM2 motherboard one and half years ago. It
worked just ok until last weekend and when my son turned on the AC power and
switch it on. He got no beep and no any messages on the screen. He tried to
reopen it, but it seems it is dead. It happened before when we turn on the
AC power and switch it on, it's just hanging, but when we turn off the AC
power and turn on it again, it will work. But this time it is no longer to
work any more.

It seems to me it will work when we turn on the AC power and see the flash
LEDs(HDD LED and SPD-LED). But this time I haven't seen any flash LEDs when
we turn on the AC power. I replaced the AC power from one working machine.
It still doesn't work. I took out everything and only left the motherboard
and CPU. It still couldn't see any flash LEDs. I know it's only +5V standby
to the motherboard available when the AC power is on.

Both CPU and AC PS fans are running when I switch on the computer. Harddisk
LED is on but SPD-LED(Green LED Indicator) is always off. I checked the
Green LED itself, it is still in the good condition

What's wrong with my computer? It should be PV4MM2 motherboard or CPU or IC
or Capacitor? I searched the Google and went through FAQs that still
couldn't solve my problem. Can any one help me?

Confirmed, CPU is still in good condition. Any Ideas?

try to change your 9 cap 3300, 6.3 v with new caps
