P5E recommendation for heatsink and fan (cpu)

I want to try and avoid any hassles getting the HSF to fit well on the
mb so thought to check here. Anyone have a recommendation for
something in the 40-60 dollar range ? The CPU will be the Yorkfield
Quadcore. It's going in a mid tower size case (Lian Li 7b).

I think the designers of this board intended that the cpu fan would also
provide some cooling effect for the vrm hintsinks that reside near the cpu.
Consequently, it may be prudent to instal a heat sink and fan assembly that
directs air directly at the motherboard like the original Intel does, rather
than parallel to the motherboards as some aftermarket ones do.
