The system suddenly stopped to cold boot after complete powering off.
I was able to boot it after pressing the case's power switch numerous times and powering on/off the PSU. If I just switch off the system using case's power switch (green LED on the MB stays on) then system boots just fine but if I turn off the PSU then after repowering I experiencing the described problem. If I've managed to boot then the system works just fine even under heavy load for a long time.
Any thoughts?

CPU - Core2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz
RAM - 2Gb Corsair XMS2 DDR2-667
PSU - SeaSonic S12-430W
HDD - 2x300Gb PATA Seagate, 400Gb SATA300 Seagate, 160Gb PATA Maxtor
