Can anyone used this kind of database when overclocking their P6T?

A lot of the over-clocking databases I've found seem way out of date
or maybe even abandoned.

Thanks, but I had thought that the i7 920 was not replaced.

I looked up CPUs in www.pricewatch.com and under i7, there isn't much
price difference between the older and newer models.
