pass tables of data in Cobol to any other format

It would please me to know as I can pass tables of data in Cobol to any
other format (DBase, Paradox, Acces, etc..)

Wrong group should be addressed to the other format groups like MS
Access, DBase. However, yes you can and the difficulty depends on the
Cobol and table to be translated, ie, PC-Cobol or Mainframe Cobol, DB2
tables or IMS?
