What type and speed of CPU? Here's what good old UKT tech support says about
CPU speeds. Nice web site for all kinds of PB info. See the following URL.
http://www.uktsupport.co.uk/pb/mb/houston3+r.htm
# Supports Intel Celeron FC-PGA (Flip-Chip Pin Grid Array) processor 366/66 to
766/66 Mhz.
# Supports Intel Celeron Coppermine FC-PGA processor 800/100 to 900/100 MHZ.
# Supports Intel PIII Coppermine FC-PGA processor 600/100 to 1100/100 MHz.
512MB max with the Intel 810 chipset. Possibly a faster CPU or more memory
would help the computer become less sluggish, especially with, say, a 366MHz
Celery chip and 64MB. Socket 370s and PC100 memory are pretty cheap upgrades
nowadays, with the world moving from SDRAM to DDR to DDR2, with a side trip
through RAMBUS... Ben Myers
