pc getting hung - twist

hi there,
yesterday i noticed the IRQ table wen my PC was booting...and i saw
that the display ctrlr, network ctrlr and ACPI controller hav the same
IRQ number i.e 11..... so i see that this conflict is the reason why
my PC is gettign hung.... so i replaced the n/w adapter into another
PCI slot(the IRQ changed to 10) and that did the job.. but still the
ACPI ctrlr and n/w ctrlr hav the same IRQ i.e 11.... now how do i
resolve that....
plz suggest
