PCI driver

Recently had to re-install WXP, can't figure out how to get rid of
yellow ?, PCI Simple Communication Controller. How do I get a driver
for this? Is it possible. I've tried the net, with no results. HELP!
It bugs me to see it there.
The CD that came with the mobo was no help either.

If you want to simply get rid of the yellow [!] go into the BIOS and
disable the onboard Modem Device - it should go away... ...If you want
to use the AMR (Audio Modem Riser) then you will have to locate the
driver.
