Actually, I've only installed one MB, and was trying to get it stable
before I used the others. I used the other two Sempron CPU's on other
boards and they work very well with no problems.
I've been switching different hardware, on the system, hoping to find
the right combination. It still shutdown after about 1 hour. So, I
set the Bios to "Fail Safe" and didn't install any MB drivers from the
4 in 1 CD. Since then, it has not shut down, so maybe it was the DMA
settings or something else in the Bios.
