Pentium M & Celeron M

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can possibly buy Pentium M or Celeron M
processors between the range of 900 MHz to 1.1 GHz.
I tried looking at several websites and called many of them, none of
them had any in stock.

any help is greatly appreciated,

They have 1.7 and 1.8 GHz, though.
