Hi all, anyone have this printer?

This printer is going OK. BUT one of the
programs I've installed for it (namely hpcmpmgr.exe)
seems to hang on shutdown. I see this file
is added to msconfig in XP. What exactly does
this file do on startup??

Can I disable it in msconfig, so it doesnt run?
And so, it doesnt hang when I shut down?

Any ideas anyone?
