AFAIK, there is no boot-password.
But you can configure the machine to boot straight up to the default-runelevel without a chance to interrupt.
(And thus booting into single user mode without password)
DISCLAIMER:
I never used it and I can't reboot our C3000 just to see (I would get a big bunch of angry colleagues...)
- Reboot the machine
- When it says (something like) "Searching for bootable device, press any key to interrupt" interrupt the boot process
- You end up in the IPL (Initial Program Loader)
- Enter 'CO' (or 'configuration')
- 'secure' will show the setting of the secure boot flag
- 'secure on' switches it on ('secure off' switches it off)
- 'quit' or 'exit' (I don't recall exactly) brings you back to the main menu
- 'boot pri' there let the machine boot from the primary boot path
