Powering down & Power L.E.D flashing

I just brought and setup an AMD Athlon 64 3400+ processer along with a
MSI K8T Neo.. however when i power up the system runs fine for about
20 seconds or so then it switches off and the Power L.E.D starts
flashing, i've tried disconnecting the power cable and trying again,
the same complication is repeated... How do i go about fixing this
problem and/or what is the obvious cause/reason for such ?

Most easiest look likes to me to replace the power supply.
I had some same before, the power supply was send to the manufactor
for a check, but all was ok. After installing on my pc i got the same
problem like you.
The shop installed another model with the same specifications, and it runs
fine for
more than one year.
