I have a Presario M2000 Laptop

My computer is hanging a lot now days. Also the back side of the computer is very hot. When I check it with a computer temperature reader I found the temperature reaching 90 deg..

What's going wrong? Does Presario M2000 Laptop get worn our after 4 years?

Kindly let me know the solution.
