Check obstacles inside printer, i.e. turn it off while head is somewhere in
the middle an then move it by hand. Second, clean encoder strip with an
alcohol (carefully!).
I assume there is something (piece of paper ?) at the end of cutter assembly
that blocks head movement, so it gets confused and halts.
