Wish I could report that you did it, but that honor goes to a guy on
another NG. This was his advice and Bingo it worked: "Control panel,
and disable the integrated adapter and re-boot?" of course that was a
bit too simple, cause it had to be done in "device manager". But it is
humming and I'm happy.
