Where to put my surround sound speakers

I bought some Logitech z650 4.1 surround sound speakers. I am in a
relatively small room and my desk is in the corner. I know the sub will go
underneath my desk but where would my other 4 speakers go?? Where should I
position them, height etc... Thnx so much.

It depends on the room. Generally, based upon a square or rectangle, mount the speakers
near the ceiling in the four corners of the room aimed towards the center of said room.

If your going to use them specifically while at the computer, you can put 1
to each side of the monitor for the fronts and the rears slightly below the
desk (I mounted mine at the corners of the desk with double sided adhesive
tape) and slightly aimed towards you. Seems to work alright for me but I
also tend to turn my speakers off alot since I listen to my stereo alot.
