Q about utilities partion for an Omnibook 6100

I didn't get the recovery CD when i bought a used Omnibook 6100. Does
anyone know how large the utilities partition should be and the
partition type code so it is recognized?

the size should be approx. 16-32megs, type is 0x12 (Compaq diagnostics).
