quiet cooler for LGA775

Hi There,

I own an Acer Aspire ASE700-EQ661A with an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
which has a plastic cooler mounted onto it that makes a lot of noise
when it starts swinging/oscillating and I don't see a way how to
tighten it to some fix location. Thus I would like to completely
replace cooler and fan with a quiet combination. What quiet
suggestions are out there? I had a few years back a really positive
experience with a Verax fan but i can't find that here, I'm located in
Canada. Help is appreciated!
