As a replacement for an existing handful of computer
hardware (like S478 Intel processor, DDR memory etc) ?
Or are you planning on buying all new hardware, just so
you can have an AGP slot ? Remember that AGP is obsolete,
and new chipsets won't have an AGP interface - that
means shopping for an older motherboard design, to get
an AGP slot.
There is an AMD AM2 board with an AGP slot, listed here. But
it is microATX, so doesn't have enough PCI slots. The listing
here, is "scraping the bottom of the barrel".

There is an Asrock board here, for Intel LGA775. It has AGP on it,
as well as a PCI Express video card slot. Due to the chipset,
the video card slot might only have x4 wiring, so in fact the
AGP slot is the good one.

While the FSB is rated for FSB1066, don't expect overclocking
miracles with a board like this. Don't try sticking an FSB1333
processor into this board, as your core clock will end up being
slower.

As always, read the reviews on Newegg, to see how crappy the
boards are.
