It has been mentioned here before that AVG 7.5 was going to have its
useful life extended, extended again (IIRC) and then users would need
to upgrade.

I doubt anyone is doing any new installations of AVG 7.5. (But you
never know.) What I do know is that my Dimension 8300 is still running
it, because I don't get on that machine anywhere near as often as I
once did.

And its copy of AVG 7.5 is definitely still going.
