Never had much luck with PCI wireless on my C610. Have tried several
different cards with intermittant results. Especially when travelling and
trying to connect to various networks. I finally went USB and installed a WN
121T adapter. Works great with my secure network at home as well as other
connections on the road

Hey olfart! Did you checkout Format Factory (free) to convert video
formats? It converts very fast like ZC Video Converter (not free) does.
It also does audio and picture formats too.

thanks Bill. I'll give it a shot when I get some free time. I haven't done
much in the way of converting lately....except for burning recorded movies
from DirecTv to DVD for the Retirement Home. And VideoRedo handles all that
for me including removing the commercials. It cost about $70, but is such a
time saver it was well worth the cost.
Been spending most of my time trying to break Win7 Beta. I'm beginng to like
it alot better than Vista although Win XP will probably remain my primary
O/S for a long time to come.
